Jonathan Mayers is co-founder of Superfly. He works across multiple disciplines within the Superfly organization, with a heavy involvement in talent booking, programming and relationship management. Jonathan also leads intellectual property development for Superfly, working to create and implement initiatives that transform events into experiences. Additionally, Jonathan has been repeatedly recognized by Billboard, as one of the most influential “Power Players” in the music industry.

A founding partner at Superfly, Kerry is focused on creative and programming as well as driving culinary efforts across all company properties. Additionally, Kerry plays a leading role in business development and creating and developing brand identities for all Superfly owned properties and events. Kerry likes to relax to Slayer with a large plate of bacon and a Sazerac in hand.

As co-founder of Superfly, Rick plays a leading role in business development, identifying key opportunities to grow and expand the company, its capabilities and strategic partnerships. Rick also oversees and manages company operations and communications. Additionally, Rick is responsible for overseeing the event operations team for all of Superfly, including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, and all client activations.

Rich Goodstone oversees Superfly’s agency services. As head of the agency offering, Rich is responsible for driving development of award winning strategic and creative lifestyle marketing solutions for a variety of leading brands, leveraging Superfly’s unparalleled expertise driving youth minded culture. He also develops and oversees revenue sources for Superfly’s landmark festivals with a focus on creating innovative partnerships and multi-channel brand extensions.

Jennifer Justice, President of Corporate Development at Superfly, is responsible for driving, evaluating, and executing new business development initiatives, including partnerships and acquisitions. A position first of its kind at Superfly, Jennifer is heavily involved in the evaluation and execution of organic growth initiatives.

Steve manages and oversees all planning and production for Bonnaroo and Outside Lands. Additionally, Steve manages the internal production and operations team at Superfly responsible for all brand and client activations. Steve has over thirty years of experience in event planning and venue management, most notably as the operations director for all events promoted by Bill Graham Presents. As a veteran event production planner, Steve has also designed multiple event venues in the US, as well as managing major stadium events for bands such as the Grateful Dead.

As an entrepreneur and veteran creative director, PJ Loughran oversees and manages all creative and strategy initiatives at Superfly. PJ has been building businesses and crafting innovative solutions for the world’s most influential brands and media channels for over 20 years. In 2011, PJ founded The Distillery, a Chicago-based digital creative and social media agency specializing in creative strategy, IP development and strategic social management for entertainment properties. In 2013, Superfly acquired The Distillery to expand and propel Superfly"s creative and strategic capabilities far beyond a traditional offering.

Chad joined Superfly in March of 2002. During his tenure, Chad has been a key stakeholder in Superfly produced events and currently drives business development and strategic partnerships. Chad is focused on leveraging Superfly owned festivals to create brand driven multi-platform partnerships and consulting with Superfly clients on strategic entertainment based programs. Through his leadership, Superfly has developed top tier programs for dozens of Fortune 500 companies.

As Executive Vice President of Programming, Chris oversees all talent booking and music programming on behalf of Superfly’s festival properties. Additionally, Chris leads development of value driven partnerships between brands and influencers for strategic entertainment based initiatives. Prior to joining Superfly, Chris spent over a decade working with musicians and artists as an artist manager at Red Light Management and from the label side at Universal Records.

Howie oversees original content strategy and execution across Superfly’s agency and festival work. With over 15 years experience as a brand builder and storyteller, Howie brings the unique perspective of having served as a Creative Director and Network Executive. He has created innovative content and campaigns for networks and brands including Nickelodeon, BBC America, Samsung, Jet Blue, AT&T, and The New York Knicks & Rangers.
